The Registration/Application Process
To register as a student for Wink Makeup Academy, please follow the following guidelines:
1. Fill out the form below expressing your interest to register for a workshop or program.

2. Make copies of the required documents and fax them to Wink Makeup Academy at 416 513 9465. You will need either a copy of your high school diploma OR a copy of a driver’s license, birth certificate or passport to show proof of age if you are applying as a mature student. If you are taking additional training, or are seeking an exemption, and are already a makeup artist, you will need to send a copy of your makeup diploma and a copy of your resume. You must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a makeup artist and/or a minimum of 80 hours of makeup training in order to receive an exemption.
3. You will then receive a call back to book an appointment to come in for a tour or to register.
4. In order to register officially and to reserve your seat, you will need to pay a deposit when you come in for your appointment. The deposit fee is $605 for a program and 20% for any workshops. The fee can be paid by cheque, visa, mastercard, debit or cash. The registration fee is $100.- + GST.
5. During your appointment/tour, you will fill out a student contract and be advised of all school policies, regulations, student rights and your remaining payment schedule. You will receive a copy of your contract and copies of all school policies.
